Premium Service

After a study of recent immigration cases, we found that most immigration petitions are better to be filed by yourself. Employment-based immigration petitions, especially,  involve a lot of technical presentations in your specific field of which a lawyer may know very little. However, if you are not comfortable doing it yourself, we are here to help you with this premium service.

After you sign up the service, we will assign an experienced consultant in a technical field that is close to yours to help you. The consultant will help you from contemplation of the petition to physically getting the card, he/she will instruct you to collect evidences, to prepare the application, also to make sure your application confirms to the USCIS (INS) procedure and format.

The cost of the premium service is $2950, (except for NO OBJECTION J waiver, total service fee will be ONLY $1000, for all other types of applications such as NIW or EA, the total service fee will be $2950) which is about one-third of the typical cost of a lawyer's service. Best of all, it is success-guaranteed. If you do not get the green card, we will refund you 100 percent. To use what kind of service is your personal decision, however, we suggest you to ask for the same success guarantee or refund policy if you use other services.

To sign up for the service, please click here to download and print out the agreement, sign it and mail it to us at Immigration Association, P.O. Box 1395, Manhattan, KS 66505-1395.

Before you sign the agreement, you are welcome to email usaia@usaia.org. your information for a free assessment of your case.

Here are some frequently asked questions.

How is your service compared to a lawyer's service?
We do all things that a lawyer will do for you, for an example, we will write the petition letter for you, we will fill out the forms for you.
We will do more for you than a lawyer will do, for an example, we will even draft recommendation letters for you if so required.
We will give you more personal attention than any lawyers do, our consultant will call you, email you, sometimes even "push" you a little, no lawyers will do that.
You do not need to sign G-28, therefore, we protect your privacy better.
Our service fee is only one-third of the cost normally charged by lawyers.
We have success-guarantee by refund, most lawyers have not.

How is your "success-guarantee by refund" work? Will I be responsible for the fees incurred on you?
If your petition is denied, we will immediately refund you 100 percent. You will not be responsible for the fees incurred on us. Unlike most law firms, they will charge you anything including telephone, fax and mailing fees, we will pick up those costs ourselves.

How long does it take from my signing the agreement to the filing of the petition?
Depends on how fast you can react to our instructions and how well you have prepared. Normally, about 2 months.

Who is responsible for the fees paid to USCIS?
You.

How long does it take for USCIS to process immigration petitions?
Currently, about 15 days to 15 months. It varies from USCIS center to center, for an example, it takes about 3 to 18 months in NSC to process a NIW case, while it only takes 2 weeks in TSC for some cases.

Consultant reports in this year. (Some examples)
