Extraordinary Ability (EA)

Recently, many members reported success in this category. Extraordinary Ability is employment based first preference (EB1). Although the standards to qualify for the category are very high, the advantages are: you do not need a job offer and you can sponsor yourself. The encouraging news is that among the members succeeded in this category some are just graduate students. Especially for the category, you do not need a job offer and you can sponsor yourself. No employer's involvement is required.

"I am really grateful to your EA kit. I just got an approval of my I-140 in the Extraordinary Ability category. My story is kind of unique. I am in a research position in a university with only four 10th of employment. I think it would be hard for me to go through other categories. But I think I have the background to qualify for EA. I went to talk to a lawyer, the experience was not only unpleasant but rather humiliating. He ask me if I won the Noble prize or if I make half million dollars a year. I wanted to say "if I did that, I would not come to you". Then he checked my vitae and finally he said he can try the third preference for me. And he charged me $90 for this. His arrogance and anti-immigration altitude make me feel I am second-class people. I was about to give up when I found your web site. I tried your EA kit, here we go, I got it. I knew I would qualify for EA. It is a great kit.
