green card. The only buzz word I got to understand is something called
Habeas Corpus. I have no idea what that is.
I promised her that there is only on person in the world I would trust
to tell me what to do if he indeed he is in that market.

Good news, I just got my NIW approval from Nebraska Service Center.
With the help of your Application package, Outstanding Researcher and
National Interest Waiver (ORNIW), I finished my application package in
10 days, then I submited my application on Sept.,26, 2005 and
my application was approved at NSC on October 19, 2005 without RFE.
My background: Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences
at a top US public University, and a postdoc currently at an US
univeristy. One paper, one book chapter (1st author for both), and two other papers in foreign language. No major awards. Not a reviewer for
scientific journals.

I received your EB1-EA and ORNIW package yesterday. I was quite happy
to read the contents. The language in your booklet is very simple and
easy to understand; both by the applicant and the USCIS officer. I had
ordered a couple of other DIY kits from other places. However, yours
seems really the best of all. The cover letter and sample reference
letter for the EB1-EA are both very good - simple but appropriate
selection of words and language. I was very nervous whether I would be
able to file this application on my own, or I should hire a lawyer.
But after seeing your kit, for the first time I feel confident
that I shall be able to file on my own.
